Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect your name, email address, project description and, if you choose to provide them, your company name and the service or project area you are interested in.
To protect the form from automated abuse we also record a one-way, non-reversible value derived from the network address the enquiry came from, together with your browser identification string. We do not store the network address itself.
How we use it
We use the information to read, reply to and discuss your enquiry. We do not sell it and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a managed, access-controlled database provided by our hosting platform and are readable only by ANISHA LTD. Email delivery of enquiry notifications is being configured; this section will name the email provider once that is in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months so we can follow up on conversations, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, delete and restrict use of your personal data, depending on the circumstances. To make a request, use the contact form and say that your message is a privacy request. A direct privacy contact address will be published here once confirmed.
